-Police believe that in the weeks leading up to Christmas, more than 60 women and girls secretly undressed in the locker room at the North Virginia mall.
Police arrested 39-year-

On Thursday, police announced that they had evidence that Rauf had photographed more than 60 women and girls during the period from December. 15 and Dec.
24 shops in the center of Fair Oaks, fair lake promenade and Tysons point.
The police asked the potential victims to come forward and determined the exact time and store they thought Rauf was filming.
Rauf is awaiting trial.
It is not clear whether he has a lawyer who can comment.
