Police arrested seven people involved in the robbery of 1 crore rupee jewelry from a showroom in southeast Delhi.
The showroom belongs to an old man named Naseeb Chand Aggarwal.

The robbery took place on June 13, after which Aggarwal called the police and informed them of the incident.
He told police that he owned an imported fabric showroom in the Nehru Enclave in the kalkage area, and that since his son and his family had gone out together, he had been alone on vacation with his wife and servants.
"At about eight o'clock P. M. , when Agarwal went to the gym at a nearby hotel, four armed men armed with knives and pistols, whose faces were covered, broke into his house on the fourth floor.

At 30 he was subdued, beaten and held in custody.
They then took the key to the safe, took around Rs 10 in cash and at least 10 to 15 boxes of jewelry worth nearly crore.
They also ran away with the keys to his store and with the cash saved in the showroom, "he said.
Police said that CCTV cameras in the complainant's residence were found to not work properly.
A careful review of the complainant's recently resigned employees has helped the police to lock in a Rupesh Kumar Singh.
Singh was a salesman in the complainant's showroom, but left office last year.
"Technical surveillance has helped us track the suspect's operations in remote areas of Bihar state on the Nepal border.
We find that they often change their location near these areas.
"Several raids were carried out in hiding places in Delhi, UP and Bihar, followed by the arrest of six defendants and Rupesh Kumar," the DCP said . ".
Other defendants included Sonu Gupta, Mohammad Imtiyaz Khan, Ramjan Ali, Sudhir and Aaksh.
During the interrogation, they revealed that Rupesh was the mastermind of the robbery.
"Sonu is also a former employee of the complainant and Sudhir is his store manager.
When Sudhir and Sonu rallied, Rupesh formed the gang.
"Their escape to Nepal was facilitated by a recipient of stolen property, a shampoo worker, who was also arrested after a raid," said a senior official . ".
